Tang Dynasty: Chinese Grill Masters

Grilling with live coals is not exactly easy, or cheap. Which is probably why so many places use a gas grill instead. But about a year ago Tang Dynasty decided to implement a BBQ grill with actual coals.

Kanpai Sushi: Classic and New Japanese

It’s a bit of a cliché really. But we stumbled upon Kanpai Sushi wandering around downtown Calgary looking for some dinner.

And as always when you stumble into a random restaurant, it’s usually better than what you expect and Kanpai was no exception.
